Instructions without the App

To delete your user account without the app, you can send a request to support.enlion@axtesys.at. Please send the email from the address you used for your Enlion Account. Be aware that after confirmation all your data will be irrecoverably deleted.

Affected Data

Custom tours, as well as your favorites, are stored locally in the app. Deleting the app or your user account will remove this data. Deleting your user account will also delete your online account.
